Each booth contains an 8' back drape, 3' side drapes, one 8' skirted table, and two chairs. Sponsors will be given the opportunity to identify their location preference based on the order payment was received. Final assignment of space allocation is at our discretion.
Note: If you want extra tables or other items in your booth, it is your responsibility to order them directly from the Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall website. You are responsible for payment of these additional items. WI BADD® 2018 is not responsible for supplying or paying for additional items for the sponsor booths.
This agreement is effective as of the Acceptance Date and shall remain effective until the conclusion of the 2018 WI BADD® event. Please reference the Registration Policy for information on payment and refunds.
Sponsor is granted a limited license to use WI BADD® logos for the purpose of promoting the WI BADD® 2018 event and linking to the WI BADD® site. Sponsor grants WI BADD® a limited license to use Sponsor's logo on the WI BADD® website.
The individual accepting this Agreement has the authority to place this order on behalf of Legal Name, and to commit Legal Name to payment of the associated fees. In accepting this agreement, I certify that this is a binding and non-cancellable order, and that I am authorized to initiate this order on behalf of Legal Name.
