Registration for sponsorship or event attendance must be performed on our website and payment in full is required at time of registration. The online service creates an electronic record of our transaction and emails a receipt of the transaction to both parties. No other receipt will be mailed to you.
Sponsor Refund Policy
A sponsor may terminate their agreement at any time by providing notice in writing or by email. Since sponsorship registration automatically publishes sponsor information for advertisement and promotion, no payments or fees will be refunded upon termination.
Event Attendee Refund Policy
Cancellations: 100% refund ten (10) or more calendar days prior to the Event Date with written request for refund. No refunds, for any reason, will be given for cancellations requested nine (9) or less calendar days prior to the Event Date.
Substitutions: Registrant may substitute another registrant up to 12:00 p.m. local time one (1) calendar day prior to the Event Date with written request. No substitutions will be granted on the Event Date.
No-Shows: No refunds for “no-show” registrants will be given for any reason.
