This is the first time in history 5 generations are currently in the workforce; each generation having unique perspectives for communication and processes. During this presentation we will talk about some of the aspects to consider when engaging team members in to your organization based on their level of experience and generation. What are some of the various communication methods to consider for a Gen Zs versus Baby Boomers? From company methodology to mentoring to an overall company assessment, nothing is off limits.
