Stop Making Sense! Choosing Progress Over Perfection

Feeling stifled? Can't seem to make any progress? As humans, we have an overriding desire to make sense of things. Our faith, our science, our projects, the people we work with - we want to know what they all mean, we want a reason for what we do. What if this overriding desire is the root cause that is getting in the way of our success? We live in a world of a faster-do more with less-now mentality, but are expected to play by rules that do not fit the model. I say, it's time to work with a new model; stop making sense and choose progress over perfection.

So is "stop making sense" as simple as saying we should all adopt an Agile sense of mind? Do we recklessly abandon everything we know? Your instincts may be telling you that this is not going to be an easy discussion, and you would be correct. In this session, everything you have been taught, everything you have learned, will be challenged today. Are you ready to stop making sense so you can finally make progress? Are you ready to think, learn, and work differently?
