I am pleased to serve on the WI BADD® Board for the eighth year and to contribute to the conference. My goal for the conference is to support the event; to provide educational opportunities; and to integrate the Business Analyst professionals. I envision this conference as an opportunity to: • Grow professionally thanks to educational presentations • Meet other BAs • Learn from each other • Make connections that will help us feel comfortable reaching out for help and advice when we need it In my professional life I am a Business Consultant for Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee. I am a long term member of Southeast Wisconsin Chapter. I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, Poland and a certificate in Management of Software Projects from Stockholm University, Sweden.

It’s my pleasure to serve as President-Elect for the 13th annual WI BADD®. I’m new to the Board this year but have been consistently working on the conference for the last six years, most recently as Conference Chair (2018, 2019). I’ve also served on the Speaker Committee including one year as Chair (2017). I’ve been a WI BADD attendee since the second year in 2008 (and I still have the program to prove it!). I choose to support WI BADD because I know that business analysis expertise adds value to organizations and that continuous development is a key to success. I’ve been an agent of change, practicing business analysis, for almost 14 years, primarily at John Deere Financial in Madison and, for the last three years, at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I am a long-time IIBA Madison chapter member and achieved CCBA certification in 2013.

I am in my second year as a WI BADD board member, one of the two members representing the Southeast Wisconsin Chapter. Currently, I am a Business Systems Analyst at US Bank and have previously worked at Assurant Health and Humana. When I moved to Wisconsin from Georgia 10 years ago (not even possessing a winter coat!), IIBA was my support group by connecting me to other business analysts and helped polished my skills. WI BADD is one of the best business analysis conferences, which is organized and supported by dedicated volunteers. The conference offers its volunteers unique opportunities to develop additional skills, expand self-confidence, create new friendships, and provide strategic direction influencing Wisconsin’s entire business analyst professional community. I’ll see you all in Madison this May!

I am happy to join the WI BADD® Board of Directors this year. Prior to joining the board, many of you have probably attended one of my sessions I've delivered in the past 5+ years as a speaker for the conference. I am a member of the IIBA Northeast WI chapter and received my CBAP certification in 2012. I am currently a Managing Consultant for Skyline Technologies, a long time sponsor of the conference, based here in Wisconsin. I've spent 15+ years as Business Analyst in multiple industries including transportation, insurance, manufacturing and agriculture working on projects large to small. I have two very active boys that take up most of my spare time. When I can, I will get an hour of yoga in, build a piece of furniture or binge watch something on Netflix, Amazon or Hulu.

I am very pleased to join the WI BADD® Board of Directors this year. Prior to joining the board, I was a speaker committee volunteer for the past four years and participated in two other WI BADD events before that. I am a member of the IIBA Northeast WI chapter and received my CBAP certification in 2014. I currently work at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance as the Enterprise Business Analyst Manager in the travel insurance business line at our Stevens Point office. My previous roles include Senior Business Analyst at Security Health Plan and Marshfield Clinic Information Systems and Applications Specialist at Allied Heath Chiropractic Centers. In my spare time I read, binge watch Netflix/Amazon Prime series and hang out with my family (whoever happens to be around or in town). My husband and I love to travel and are working on our bucket list of visiting all continents, with 3 under our belt so far. I have four children, two stepchildren and three grandchildren (loves of my life!).

I am excited to join the WI BADD® Board of Directors this year. Prior to joining the board, I have attended the WI BADD conference for last seven years and the various WI BADD sessions has helped me excel my Business Analysis career. I am currently a Senior Business Analyst at the CUNA Mutual Group and I have been a Business Analyst for over 15 years in different industries including insurance, pharmaceuticals and transportation. In addition, I hold other board positions with some local non-profit charity organizations. I enjoy networking, meeting new people and maintaining relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, volunteering, reading and exercising.
