Eric Vandenberg, Vice President of Finance
I am very pleased to be in my second term on the WI BADD® Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Board, I had volunteered for the 2013 and 2014 WI BADD® conferences in various roles and am enjoying having the opportunity to put that experience to use as a member of the Board. Outside of WI BADD®, I am a Business Analyst at Skyline Technologies, an IT and business consultancy (and longtime WI BADD sponsor!). Prior to my current role, I held positions as a Business Analyst at OASIS Alignment Services and National Planning Holdings, Inc. and as Director of the Investment Department at Winch Financial. I am also a member of the Northeast Wisconsin IIBA chapter.
Barbara Judd, Vice President of Administration
I am thrilled to join the WI BADD® Board of Directors, representing the Southeast Wisconsin chapter. For several years, I have volunteered for the Attendee committee and have attended WI BADD for the last 8 years. I am a long-time member, as well as a past chapter officer, of my local chapter. Currently, I am a Business Systems Analyst at US Bank and have previously worked at Assurant Health and Humana. When I moved to Wisconsin from Georgia nine years ago (not even possessing a winter coat!), IIBA was my support group by connecting me to other business analysts and helped polished my skills. I firmly believe in giving back and decided to become a chapter member, eventually an officer, and then volunteered for the WI BADD state conference.
WI BADD is one of the best business analysis conferences, organized and supported by dedicated volunteers. The conference offers its volunteers unique opportunities to develop additional skills, expand self-confidence, create new friendships, and provide strategic direction impacting Wisconsin’s entire business analyst professional community. I look forward to serving on the board with a full heart. I’ll see you all in Madison this May!
Ala Poplawska, Director
I am pleased to serve on the WI BADD® Board for the fifth year and to contribute to the conference. My goal for the 2017 conference is to support the event; to provide educational opportunities; and to integrate the Business Analyst professionals.
I envision this conference as an opportunity to:
• Grow professionally thanks to educational presentations • Meet other BAs • Learn from each other • Make connections that will help us feel comfortable reaching out for help and advice when we need it
In my professional life I am a Business Consultant for Northwestern Mutual in Milwaukee. I am a long term member of Southeast Wisconsin Chapter. I have a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology, Poland and a certificate in Management of Software Projects from Stockholm University, Sweden.
Vicki Czarnezki, Director

I have two daughters and three grandchildren. In my spare time, I like making jewelry and crocheting. I also enjoy camping and traveling.
