About Us

Wisconsin Business Analyst Development Day (WI BADD®; pronounced “we bad”) provides educational conferences serving business analysis professionals. The first WI BADD event was held in October 2007, and was organized and hosted by the Wisconsin Chapters of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®).

Our vision is to be internationally recognized as the premier all-business-analysis conference.

Our mission is to create a forum and environment that is conducive for the educational enhancement of and networking opportunities for business analysis professionals.

The goal is to organize and execute a high-quality professional conference that offers:
  • Business analysis practitioners a variety of resources to expand their skills and career growth potential.
  • Business analysis managers exposure to resources that can help them build and improve business analysis career paths.
  • Organizations an educational environment for the improvement of their business analysis centers of excellence.
  • Speakers an avenue to share their expert knowledge and advice on business analysis best practices.
  • Sponsors access to an audience of individuals and organizations that need their products and services, which support business analysis professionals.
  • Volunteers an opportunity to contribute to the growing business analysis community.
