I am very pleased to be in my second term on the WI BADD® Board of Directors. Prior to joining the Board, I had volunteered for the 2013 and 2014 WI BADD® conferences in various roles and am enjoying having the opportunity to put that experience to use as a member of the Board. Outside of WI BADD®, I am a Business Analyst at Skyline Technologies, an IT and business consultancy (and longtime WI BADD sponsor!). Prior to my current role, I held positions as a Business Analyst at OASIS Alignment Services and National Planning Holdings, Inc. and as Director of the Investment Department at Winch Financial. I am also a member of the Northeast Wisconsin IIBA chapter.
Peggy Long, Vice President of Administration
Peggy is new to the WI BADD® board. She is a member of the Northeast Wisconsin chapters of IIBA® and PMI®. She attended the last 2 WI BADD® events, once as a volunteer and once as an attendee. She is also the Director of ACP Certification for PMI-NEW. She looks forward to assisting with such a great event for the Business Analyst community.
Peggy has been in a Business Analyst role since 2001. She has PMP and CSM credentials. She moved from Madison to the Fox Valley in 2011. She is currently a ScrumMaster at Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company, an agile company diving into some big changes in processes. As ScrumMaster, Peggy is devoted to two teams focusing on operations and reporting. The teams include BAs, developers, and QAs. She empowers the teams to find the best solution for the business goal. These solutions aren’t always what the business requests, but with fabulous BAs, developers and QAs, the teams often deliver solutions that are superior in usability and functionality.
